Weekly one-on-one check-ins with a coach who truly gets it
Customized functional fitness and recovery movements
Real-life habit and schedule support so you don’t burn out again
Messaging access between sessions for encouragement, accountability, or help when you need it
6 bodywork sessions included (plus one bonus session if you enroll early!)

HSA / FSA Reimbursement?

Some plans may cover this program!
Because it supports stress reduction, movement, and lifestyle improvement—all key to managing or preventing many chronic conditions—your HSA or FSA might help. You may need a Letter of Medical Necessity from your primary care person for either the health coaching wellness support or the massage therapy (maybe both) to use one of these specialized accounts. If one service is covered and the other isn’t, we are happy to split-bill for the two parts of the program so you can use two payment methods.
